    • Client-Led Completion: The finalized draft is sent directly to you. You maintain responsibility for submitting the order to the plan for pre-approval, obtaining signatures, and handling the court filing.

    Premier QDRO Package

    $749.99

    The QDRO process involves multiple legal and administrative steps. This all-inclusive service manages the entire process from start to finish on an expedited timeline.

    Service Details:

    • Expedited Drafting: The QDRO is prepared within two business days of receiving the completed intake form and contract.

    • Plan Pre-Approval: Direct submission to the plan administrator to ensure compliance before court filing.

    • Signature Management: Coordination and collection of all required signatures from the parties involved.

    • Court Filing: Complete handling of the family court submission process.

    • Final Plan Submission: Delivery of the court-approved order back to the retirement plan for final processing.

    • Consultations: Ongoing support and communication throughout the duration of the case.

    This does not include Joinder Filing as it is not required by all plans.

    Joinder Filing Service

    Before public retirement plans like CalPERS and Savings Plus can divide your benefits, the plan must be formally joined to your divorce case. We handle the entire legal process for you from start to finish.

    Service Details:

    • Document Preparation: Accurate drafting of all required California joinder forms.

    • Court Filing & Fees: Complete handling of court submission—court filing fees are included.

    • Formal Service: Legal service of the filed documents directly on CalPERS, Savings Plus, or your specific plan administrator.

    This service is not included in the Premier QDRO Package as it is not required by all plans.
